We went to cut our Christmas tree today and found someone had made this small family of snowmen in the trees. At least we assume that's the case and it wasn't a family of full sized snowmen trying to make a break for it but getting caught in the warmer weather!

What sort of a statement does this make? One new pink eraser, one new purple eraser, the shorter  pencil, with worn out eraser,one pointing to the camera, while the others point to the visitor's chair. Deep, or meaningless? You decide.

Out for a walk with the dogs today and we spotted a lot of beaver damage alongside the river. Rather than looking at this as purely a food source and destruction by out flat-tailed rodent colleagues, I prefer to think  this one was "doing a Banksy" - what can you see?
